Shipping

Orders received before 5:00 p.m. US Pacific Time are generally shipped within 7 business days. Should your order not ship within 9 business days of processing, we will make an effort to inform you via email. If you opt for express shipping, we will prioritize your order and expedite its dispatch. Express transit cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances and is a non-refundable fee.

When using standard ground shipping, customers should generally allow 10 to 15 business days for delivery; this timeframe may be exceeded.

Express Shipping: This is an estimated delivery time of 7-10 business days that involves assigning terminals, transit time, and processing the order, in addition to confirming that payment has cleared. If you do not use the EXPRESS SHIPPING, your total time will be an estimated 10-15 business day transit time from the time you order till the time that the shipping company calls to schedule an appointment. These are estimated times; they are voided due to natural causes and/or mechanical error of shipping company vehicles.

Damage during Shipping: The items we sell are new and are inspected by a shipping company employee to confirm that the package is in new condition. After he/she has confirmed its condition, they will sign the shipping documents (BOL) prior to loading the package and its contents on the truck. The items are insured for any damage that may occur during shipment. Turbopowersports is not responsible for any shipping damages incurred while in the shipper's possession. The freight carrier (shipping company) is responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during shipment once the items are in transit. If you receive a damaged product, please take pictures of the damage and have the driver co-sign with his signature confirming the damages. If you fail to do these tasks for any reason, your claim will be denied by the freight carrier/shipping company. Contact the shipper (typically FedEx, DHL, or UPS) and file a damage claim with the shipper. The insurance is designed to provide you with the funds to repair the damage or loss. The amount the item is insured for is approximately the wholesale cost of the item minus shipping. Again, Turbopowersports LLC/Turbopowersports.com cannot take responsibility for damage or loss during shipment. If you choose to refuse your shipment, the total claim process can take 4 to 12 months; on occasion the claim can even exceed this timeframe. We do not suggest refusal of a shipment under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.Typically orders cannot be cancelled. Any cancellation to an order after the original sale date will automatically incur 35% restocking/cancellation fee plus any shipping charges incurred. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Any financed order processed through a third-party cannot be canceled. Please call ahead of time before canceling. If your order has been sent, you will be charged all of the freight costs. If for any reason, during the processing of your order, the unit you originally purchased goes out of stock, we will replace the unit with an item of equal or greater value. Stock status cannot be used as a reason for an order cancellation.

Return Policy: We do not accept returns, exchanges or grant refunds under any circumstances, except as specified below regarding manufacturer's defects. “THERE IS NO COOLING-OFF PERIOD UNLESS YOU OBTAIN A CONTRACT CANCELLATION OPTION. California law does not provide for a “cooling-off” or other cancellation period for vehicle lease or purchase contracts. Therefore, you cannot later cancel such a contract simply because you change your mind, decide the vehicle costs too much, or wish you had acquired a different vehicle.

After you sign a motor vehicle purchase or lease contract, it may only be canceled with the agreement of the seller or lessor or for legal cause, such as fraud. Manufacturer's defects/warranty: Items not covered under any warranty include, but are not limited to, batteries and wearable parts (example: brakes, tires, and cables). Labor is also not covered under any warranty.

The manufacturers of the products we sell generally warranty the products to be free of material defects in workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

Although the parts are under warranty, they will be free of charge; however, the shipping cost must be paid for by the customer in order to ship them out. If a part is lost during shipping, you have the choice to file a shipping claim with the shipping company or order the part from TPSP LLC at your cost.

TPSP LLC makes no representation concerning any manufacturer's warranty. Two stroke engines are not covered under your warranty; however, the unit components are. The validity of any warranty claim is at the sole discretion of TPSP LLC.

In order to offer competitively low prices online, any return request must be in writing and follow the strict policy as written below:

Order Cancellation Policy

Any assembled vehicles (i.e., ATVs, UTVs, scooters, dirt bikes, etc.) are non-refundable. Any order cancellation request must be in writing and emailed to service@turbopowersports.com. Canceled orders made with a credit card may take up to 30 days for the return credit to be processed.

International shipping: deliveries outside of the United States will take between 3 and 35 business days for delivery to their final destination. The time frame will include shipping to Hawaii and Alaska (from 21 to 35 business days) or any US territories and islands. Please call us if you are shipping to Alaska, an island, or any country outside of the continental United States for a shipping quote. If you live in a rural region of any state, you must also call for a shipping quote at 714-888-5114.
