Express service is a non-refundable fee, and we cannot guarantee express transit in any situation.
Customers who choose standard ground service should expect delivery within 10 to 15 business days. Natural disasters, such as snowstorms, floods, or mechanical failures during shipping, may extend this time frame.

Express Shipping Timeframe:
This is an estimated delivery time of 7-10 business days.
When using express ground service, customers should allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. This time frame may also be exceeded.
Please consider the fact that the shipment is not a small package but a motor vehicle that must go through several steps before shipping.
It includes a pre-preparation delivery inspection (PDI) to inspect for oil leaks or any other issues before loading your vehicle onto the truck for shipping.
This also includes confirming that payment has cleared, order processing, assigning shipping terminals, and transit time.
If you do not use express service, the delivery time is estimated to be 10-15 business days.
That period starts when you place your order and ends when the carrier calls to schedule an appointment to deliver it.
These are only estimated times.
Natural disasters and/or mechanical failures in carrier vehicles may cause delivery times to be extended.
Damage during Shipping:
They are inspected by a carrier employee to confirm that the package is in new condition.
After confirming its condition, the employee will sign the transport documents (BOL).
This occurs prior to loading the package and its contents on the truck.
The items are insured against any damage that may occur during shipment.
Turbopowersports.com is not liable for any damages that occur during shipping while the item is in the care of the freight carrier/transportation company.
The freight carrier is responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during shipment once the items are in transit.
If you receive a damaged product, please take pictures of the damage.
You must also have the driver co-sign with a signature confirming the damages.
If you fail to do these tasks for any reason, the freight carrier/company will deny your claim.
Contact the shipper, typically FedEx, DHL, or UPS, Saia, etc., and file a damage claim.
The insurance is designed to provide funds to repair the damage or loss.
The insured amount is approximately the wholesale cost of the item minus freight.
Turbopowersports LLC/Turbopowersports.com is not liable for damage or loss while goods are with the shipper.
If you choose to refuse your shipment, the total claim process can take 4 to 12 months.
Occasionally, the claim can exceed this timeframe.
We do not suggest refusal of a shipment under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Please call ahead of time to cancel. Cancellation without notice will result in a 35% restocking/cancellation fee, and if the vehicle has already shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it to you and returning it to Turbopowersports.
Any cancellation after the original sale date will automatically incur a 35% restocking/cancellation fee.
Any assembled vehicles, including ATVs, UTVs, scooters, dirt bikes, and similar items, are non-refundable.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Any freight charges incurred will also apply.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Any financed order processed through a third party cannot be canceled.
If the unit color you purchased goes out of stock during processing, we will replace it with another color of your choice.
Return Policy:
We do not accept returns or exchanges or grant refunds under any circumstances.
The only exception is as specified below regarding manufacturer's defects.
THERE IS NO COOLING-OFF PERIOD UNLESS YOU OBTAIN A CONTRACT CANCELLATION OPTION.
California law does not provide for a “cooling-off” or other cancellation period for vehicle lease or purchase contracts.
Therefore, you cannot later cancel such a contract simply because you change your mind.
This also applies if you decide the vehicle costs too much or wish you had acquired a different vehicle.
After you sign a motor vehicle purchase or lease contract, it may only be canceled with the agreement of the seller or lessor.
It may also be canceled for legal cause, such as fraud.
Manufacturer's defects/warranty: Items not covered under any warranty include, but are not limited to, batteries and wearable parts.
Examples include brakes, tires, and cables.
Labor is also not covered under any warranty.
The products we sell are warranted by the manufacturers to be free of material defects in workmanship. The duration of this period is thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
All warranty parts will be free of charge.
However, the shipping cost must be paid by the customer to ship them out.
If a part is lost during transit, you may file a claim with the carrier.
You may also order the parts from TPSP LLC at your cost.
TPSP LLC makes no representation concerning any manufacturer's warranty.
Two-stroke engines are not warranted; however, the unit components are.
The validity of any warranty claim is at the sole discretion of TPSP LLC.
To offer competitively low prices online, any return request must be in writing.
It must also follow the strict policy as written below.
International shipping:
Deliveries outside of the United States will take between 3 and 35 business days.
This is the estimated time for delivery to the final destination.
The time frame includes delivery to Hawaii and Alaska from 21 to 35 business days.
It also includes any US territories and islands.
Please call us if you are shipping to Alaska, an island, or any country outside of the continental United States.
A quote is required in those cases.
If you live in a rural region of any state, you must also call for a shipping quote at 714-888-5114.
Customers must prepay the freight for all returned items.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Any returned item must be in the original packaging.
It must also be in resalable, brand new, unopened condition.
Any authorized return will incur a strictly enforced 35% restocking fee.
All freight charges will also apply.
