NAXEON ELECTRIC MOTORCYCLE

This warranty applies to all original owners. NAXEON warranties are non-transferable.

The warranty period begins with the first activation date of this motorcycle after delivery and continues for 24 months. Both the vehicle and battery are covered.

All warranty repairs at NAXEON Workshop or authorized partners include approved parts only. Replaced parts become NAXEON property. NAXEON might repair or replace other defective parts not under warranty but assumes no liability.

Repairs outside authorized centers void the warranty unless self-repair was authorized. The warranty is divided into Vehicle, Battery, and Parts & Accessories categories.

NAXEON Vehicle Warranty

During coverage, NAXEON provides support and services:

All malfunctioning parts will be replaced free except normal wear items like tires, brake pads and rotors, belt drive, fork seals, grips, foot pegs, and seat.

Parts replaced due to manufacturing defects have complete coverage.

Appoint service or find nearby warranty centers through the app. Repairs occur at authorized centers as instructed by NAXEON.

Bring your motorcycle to authorized dealers or NEXEON-managed fulfillment centers for repairs.

For DIY repairs, contact NAXEON's technical support by email, phone, or social channels. Repair info is in the “User Guide” and app’s “Help Center”.

NAXEON Battery Warranty

Battery capacity naturally declines during use and aging. Replacement only happens if battery capacity falls below 80%, verified by authorized testing.

Warranty covers repair or replacement of defective battery parts under normal use via NAXEON or partners. New parts retain original warranty duration.

Batteries harmed by improper storage or accelerated aging are excluded.

NAXEON Parts and Accessories

The warranty only applies to genuine NAXEON parts and accessories. Use of unapproved parts voids coverage.

Parts and accessories fitted during warranty repairs get remaining original warranty time.

Warranty excludes:

1. Damage from accidents;

2. Mishandling;

3. Improper storage;

Liability Waiver:

Damage from paint or trim wear, exposure, or neglect is not covered.

Vehicles with altered or missing VIN or odometer readings void the warranty.

Wear and Tear Exclusions:

1. Routine servicing and care parts and labor.

2. Normal wear items including tires, footpegs, grips, fork seals, and brake pads.

3. Paint and trim deterioration from environmental exposure or poor care.

4. Off-road use damage such as wheel or spoke harm.

5. Tampering or altering VIN or odometer readings.

6. Corrosion due to poor cleaning as explained in the User Manual.

7. Unauthorized modifications affecting legal compliance.

8. Misuse like racing or commercial overloading.

9. Damage from avoiding recommended maintenance.

10. Issues from unapproved aftermarket parts.

11. Damage from unauthorized modifications.

12. Battery damage from improper charging or storage.

13. Damage from using non-approved chargers.

14. Damage from fire, collisions, accidents, or faulty storage.

15. Damage continuing after warning signs.

16. External damages like pollutants, bird droppings, stones, floods, or storms.

17. Total losses declared by insurers.

18. Repairs using used parts from other motorcycles.

19. For long-term storage, maintain monthly charging.

Scheduled maintenance and limited service life:

Consumables during scheduled servicing are excluded unless defects are present.

1. Warranty covers motorcycles used with:

A. Safety gear according to local laws.

B. Repairs only at NAXEON-approved shops, except authorized self-repairs. Check app for technicians.

C. Use of approved parts including chargers and accessories.

D. Proper battery storage and charging per User Manual instructions.

F. Care and storage following User Manual guidelines.
